Ignite PR Checker — CI test-failure analysis for Apache Ignite pull requests

Auto-visa all my runs — when any RunAll I triggered finishes, post the verdict to the PR's IGNITE ticket automatically (checked every ~10 minutes, each run posted once; if auto re-run is also on, the visa waits until the re-runs settle).
Requires your JIRA Personal Access Token; your TeamCity and JIRA tokens are stored encrypted at rest while this is on. Auto re-run blocker suites on my runs — if a RunAll I triggered finishes with blockers or broken suites (timeout, crash, compilation), re-run those suites automatically (up to 2 attempts). Up to 10 suites jump to the top of the queue; more go to the tail so they don't push everyone else back; a systemic breakage (30+) is left alone. Identical suites already sitting in the queue are cancelled first.
Works on its own — no JIRA needed; your TeamCity token is stored encrypted at rest while this is on. Comment my runs' verdicts on the GitHub PR — when a RunAll I triggered finishes (and settles, if auto re-run is on), post the verdict as a comment on the pull request, from my own GitHub account. Also lets me drive runs right from the PR, in comments.
Requires a GitHub personal access token with the public_repo scope; it is stored encrypted at rest while this is on.

PR commands: /run-all · /run-all top · /top

/run-all (or /runall) — queue the whole RunAll chain, under my own TeamCity token;
/run-all top — the same, entering the build queue at the top;
/top — move the run my command started to the top of the queue (while it is still queued). Nobody else's builds are ever touched.

Ack: 🚀 reaction = accepted, 😕 = refused or nothing to act on. The TC link and a live "~1h 23m remaining — ≈ 21:05 MSK" line (in my JIRA-profile timezone) are edited into the command comment itself; the verdict is one living comment that updates through the auto re-runs — two messages per run, total. Commands are picked up within a minute, on any pull request.
